The Spanish government have now published the law which confirms that non-EU nationals who want to benefit from the last golden visas have until April 2025 to buy a €500,000+ home in Spain and apply for Spanish residency.

Realistically, this means the purchase should take place before the end of January 2025 to ensure completion plus time to submit the visa application.
